Roup's entire family wants to thank you more than you can possibly know for many things over the recent months. We received notification of a gift to Doctors Without Borders from "The Brunchers', and we thank those of you who contributed. We can't thank you individually since we don't have specific names, but it is so helpful to us to know that some good can come from this terrible loss we have experienced. We have also received a few acknowledgements from some individuals whose names we do not recognize, and we are guessing they are part of the Bruncher community also. Equally important have been the myriad other ways our family has been supported by your community. Some, such as Babs, Janric, and MsChiliPepper, and their friends and allies, have done specific things to help in concrete ways, such as helping dispose of Paul's car. That would have required additional trip(s) to LA for us, so we appreciate their help greatly. We were deeply touched by those of you who were able to attend either (or both, in the case of MsCP) of the memorial services. And I have been sincerely moved by the remembrances that so many of you posted when you learned of Roup's passing. I have read them over many times, and it has been a balm to my sadness to know that he loved and was loved by so many of you. I learned things about my son about which I had no idea! And that's basically a good thing! So thank you a million times.
